Great parking lot. Stores snd restaurants nearby. The room smelled stale and would not go away. The hotel is not too old but there is a lot of wear and tear in the rooms. The drink machine had no drinks but still took your money. Yes I contacted the vendor on this.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From check-in to check-out, I was received with a spirit of genuine hospitality and felt cared for. The property, parking lot and outdoor spaces are tastefully decorated, safe, well-lit, clean and well-maintained. There are loads of restaurants and stores, within walking distance or a very short drive. The price for my week-long stay was very competitive and it was perfect for my needs.

Pics looked ok but covered up the truth

This is an extended stay hotel which I was not aware meant the some of the people actually live there short term. On our first night we were woke up at 4:00 am but our neighbour yelling and cursing at his other neighbour. The walls are so thin that he might as well been in our room. On a couple of occasions I had to kill cockroaches in our room. The carpets in the hall way are stained all over the place and are in desperate need of replacing. The staff were nice to us even allowing us to check in early. Had I had experience with extended stay hotels, I never would have stayed there. I thought they were simply called that for people who were looking to stay somewhere for a week or two while on vacation.

I MADE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE FOR 03/09/26 THRU 03/11/26; A STAY THAT WAS BUSINESS RELATED. WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE ARRIVED THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE RESERVATIONS, THAT THE HOTEL WAS FULL (OVERBOOKED??) AND WE'D HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF GROSS MISMANAGEMENT.

Never even got to stay there. The customer service representative called me 30 minutes before checking in to the hotel to let me know they double booked and the only accommodation they could give me was sending me to their other location which was called in town suites on Bell Road. Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel.

Desk clerk (Bobby)couldn’t find my reservation. He called his manager ( Nick) and was instructed to tell me to re-book it because my reservation was cancelled. The manager (Nick) said that the system wasn’t able to charge my credit card and that’s why it was cancelled. He gave his excuse/reason over the phone. Not looking at what the real issue was. I wasn’t buying it. After 2 hours of going back and forth, r the desk clerk (Bobby) took lead and decided to give me a room and will deal with the reservation issue later that night when his co-worker who he claimed was better trained for this situation would be there. 11pm that night he called our room to try and finish our registration. His coworker also tried telling me the same thing the manager said. She added that it was after 11pm and the system automatically cancelled my reservation since I showed up late. I refused their excuse. I told her that I arrived at 4:30pm and that Bobby had already given us a room. I showed her my reservation and asked her look through their system again to search for my reservation. After 30 minutes she was able to locate it. This process took 6 hours and me not letting them brush me off. The manager said he would speak to his regional manager to compensate me for the trouble. I was there for 10 days. I asked him 3 times and gave me the run around. Still waiting….

We stayed at Uptown Suites for four nights and were very disappointed with our experience. During our entire stay, housekeeping never came to our room, not once. We were never offered fresh towels, our trash was never emptied, and we were only given one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. When we asked for more, we were told they were out, so we had to go buy our own. The room did not include basic amenities like shampoo or soap, which meant we had to purchase those as well. The common areas were also disappointing. The front desk area frequently smelled strongly of marijuana, and the elevators were dirty and had an unpleasant odor, making the property feel poorly maintained. To make matters worse, we needed to check out one day early. Expedia instructed us to contact the hotel directly for the change. We left a voicemail, called several more times, and no one answered or returned our calls. When we finally reached someone, we were simply told they could not issue a refund for the unused night. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, missing basic amenities, and inability to reach the front desk made this a frustrating stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
