Short stay

Overall good. Cleaned room each day except last that we were there. Affected tip. Breakfast okay but ends too early. Road noise bit of problem but air conditioning takes care of that

I made our reservations the night before we left. Got a great rate. Location was ideal. Only negative for me was the toilet ran constantly and one light fixtures was out. Clean, microwave, refrigerator. Nice staff

Ok stay. Wasn't in the room long.

The bad: no electricity first time I entered the room. I had to go back down to the main desk and they flipped the breaker. Next morning, my hair dryer didn't work and I had to go downstairs to get a new one as they couldn't leave the front desk unmanned. The good. The bed was very comfortable. I was visiting a friend and I just needed a bed and shower. So overall it met my needs.

Overall the hotel was not bad for the price or for what we were there for. The room was clean and the man at the front desk was friendly. We were only there for the weekend and just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep which was what we got. The bed comforter did have a cigarette burn in it and the toilet handle stuck but neither of those were a deal breaker. The area around had plenty of fast food restaurants and little stores and it was about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

They are finishing up on remodeling and cleaning this hotel up. At first my sister and I were a little skeptical about staying because there had been some bad reveiws awhile back but the price was right for our budget. Im glad we gave this place a try. Right from the minute we arrived the staff was very nice, apologized for the construction that was going on but explained they were working on improvements. We arrived at the tail end of them finishing up with the inside improvements. I would recommend this place.

The location was great - close to the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. However, there was no sound barrier between the interstate and the motel, so we had to wear earplugs to get good sleep. The staff was excellent and met our needs quickly (my keycard wasn't working and by the time I got to the front desk, he had a new one for me). We did not eat breakfast there, but it looked pretty slim. Since there is a Waffle House in the parking lot, it would work better to provide guests with a voucher.

This is the best place to stay if you’re on a budget. Safe area the room was clean and looked like it was recently halfway updated. The place is old so don’t expect anything extravagant. It was perfect for us. The breakfast is slim but there is a Waffle House in the same area walking distance. Only complaint I have is while we were gone for the day the cleaning staff came and took our towels and didn’t replace them. I brought towels and rags from home. I always do that. So it wasn’t that bad but if we hadn’t that would’ve been a big problem. But all in all a decent place to stay

No pool in operation, waiting for permits

Overall the hotel was clean and the service was good. NO POOL IN OPERATION as advertised on hotels.com. Was told they're waiting for seasonal permits. It's May. Room didn't smell like smoke but hallways did. Newer non carpet flooring in room helped not absorb smells. Nice adjustable shower head. Beds were comfortable enough. A/C worked but was noisy. From our room there was a lot of road noise and noise from other rooms. There was no iron or ironing board as advertised but upon talking with the mgr he said it could be requested. Also no coffee makers in room, also was told could request after we left and I discussed various concerns with mgr. Also no clothes hangers in room, only one luggage rack. Small room. Extremely limited Handicap parking and ramp to sidewalk was partially blocked by a vehicle in parking spot. Short small parking spots. Bullet proof glass at front desk was a concern. No Bible in room.

The room was good and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very inadequate.. very ,very little selection. Only a few pieces of bread, no fruit, pancake machine was out of order, very little milk for cereal, a handful of breakfast bars were available and a dog was kept in the dining area when it was closed.
