Pool was closed, incredibly dirty chair inside the room. The fridge in my was so loud I had to use ear plugs. Ended up disconnecting the refrigerator, but then the noise of the ac unit took over. Smh

This property is not clean. Flooring had not been swept, pool was not open and is condemned. There is a sign warning of unsafe use. No staff around. Sheets had gum on them. No continental breakfast as advertised. Booked for 2 nights. The second night our keys wouldn’t work our room. Pus there was no hot water. This building is old and there are people just hanging around the outside. We felt unsafe here.

I had to book this stay kind of last minute. But honestly I regretted that when I arrived. I thought Ramadas or Wyndham hotels were supposed to be nice. This place has pictures on the site that are not totally accurate. The entire place looks like it been through a war. There’s pieces of ceiling that are rotted and falling or just hanging by a thread. No hot water in the shower. The hallways and doors all have had better days. The doors to the guest rooms don’t shut all the way so a drunken guest who’s room was nearby was able to get into my room then began yelling someone else’s name and asking why I’m in the room. I did get moved but that new room wasn’t any better. AND THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO TAKE YOU TO THE AIRPORT

The pool has been down for the last 3 weeks, there some patching and repairs that need to be done in the lobby rooms, and hallways. Front desk woman was there to check in guest, thats it, she wouldnt even offer a smile.

Property needs extensive maintenance from paint to carpet and even beds. Our beds made so much noise when you rolled over it wokes us all night long, the hair drier didn't work, ice machine was out of order, pool was closed, continental breakfast was the worst selection I ever had

In total disrepair. Needs a complete rehab:, repairs, painting, rug replacement, etc. This place was the worst place I have stayed at in years!! Even the continental breakfast equipment and ice makers were broken 😡!

When I checked in, they gave a me a room that wasn’t cleaned or ready, after bringing this to their attention they gave me another room. I ask to please send someone to clean the room, no one has come during my whole stay.

It needs new carpet and a paint job. Other than that it was fine. Our room was nice and clean. We parked in the garage with was very convenient to getting to our room. Had breakfast free. The pool wasn't working.

First of all we did not stay @ the place because it was run down, Me & my Son did not stay! stop hear! Just the fact it had no pool it was closed down,Ice machine was broken down on our floor The guy @ the feont desk that you had to use the other ones on different floors. Ice machine was broke down just around the corner from our room! Guy @ the front desk said you have to go to the other floors. My son wanted to leave we left & did not stay No number to call or get a hold of someone there. I Book through Expedia lesson learned. Not to do this again..Truth fhe Hotel was a dump. Do not stay. Door knob to the bathroom and the sink faucet was broken. Had to hold down the base of the fauct to turn it on. Walking down the hallway it smelt like you could get a contact high

This was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at! Mold, Room Odor, The doors were battered and the walls needed painting ! Awful- we didn’t facilitate anything because we prepaid !

This property was in terrible shape. The building was literally falling down, part of the building was condemned while we were there . The promised was closed, the shuttle did not work, and the breakfast was sub standard

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were dirty. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, it was not. The sofa bed had cigarette burns as well as rips and tears. In addition to the cigarette burns and rips and tears, the sofa was filthy. The bath tub had something disgusting caked onto the bottom of the tub in two different areas, and in the bedroom, there was a hole in the wall which was covered by the tv stand.

The hotel does not let you hold a card and charge it at the end of the stay. They charge you nightly. Included breakfast was cereal or waffles with apples and bananas, no protein. Hotel needs some renovation, but it doesn’t look like it will receive any soon.

Location was ideal but hotel was not very good. It needs updated, changed rooms twice due to extremely loud beds, no internet connection and no tv service. 2nd room was slightly better but for the location it should have beennicer for the price. Said my card declined although Expedia already got funds out of my account.

The desk person that checked us in was great, after that it was downhill. Pool and hot tub were slimy. Hot tub was green. Free breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, packaged breakfast sandwiches , waffles and cereal. We had to have our keys reprogrammed both days we were there. Our room looked like it was half remodeled. Mirror missing but could see where it was supposed to be by the paint around where it should be. Overall just looked outdated. Would not recommend. We will never stay there again.
