The room was next to train tracks, and the trains ran all night. I requested a room change, they wanted me to continue to check back in a couple of hours instead of taking my information and calling me. No room change happened. The coffee machine in the room didn't work.
You would think paying $500 a night they would have complementary coffee in the lobby. When I checked out, no one asked how my stay was or thanked me for choosing the Grand Hyatt. Customer service is lacking. I would not recommend this hotel.
