Clean, well-maintained facilities with thoughtful touches like fresh paint and strategic lighting. We stayed in room 108 (king, non-smoking); exterior entry and constant traffic may affect light sleepers—earplugs recommended. Smoking rooms are isolated on the second floor. Staff were kind and accommodating, especially with mobility needs and policy explanations. Parking is limited but sufficient. No signs of bugs or bed bugs. Overall, a pleasant stay—we’d definitely return.

As usual, was very friendly and prompt and the facility was clean and maintain monthly. Beverly totally clean, but the toilet was unseated and the tile around it was starting to crack. The TV didn’t work properly. The telephone in the room didn’t even hook up to the telephone line, the sink handle was partially broken, but everything was clean up and for one all day buys the sheets at work so the staff seem equipped to address those particular problem, The bed was comfortable. The balloons were well laundered and soft furniture in the room was comfortable. The grounds were clean and well kept up and the staff is super.

The furniture was a little outdated but room was clean( which goes a long way in my book) Staff was friendly,took care of whatever we needed for our room. Is alot of traffic in area, but with fan on in room didn't bother us a bit plenty of stores for shopping, variety of restaurants and plenty of gas stations. For the price, I highly recommend it!

Worst hotel stay ever

Unfortunately this is the worst hotel stay I can remember. The hotel is almost on a highway and was so noisy I literally didn’t sleep until early morning for an hour or two. There also was no safety latch on the door so I didn’t feel very safe. The bed, sheets and comforter were actually very comfortable. The room was clean but old, beat up and damaged in several obvious places with little to no attempt at repair.

Everytime I stay here the lady at the front desk ( I can't spell her name) she is so amazing. She is super sweet always asks how I have been. She always makes me feel welcomed and is a major reason I continue to return. It's close to stores and restaurants. It's close to the interstate. I stay here at least twice a month. If not more even the gentleman who works the front desk on Sunday mornings is nice.

Good place. Just noisy.

All was well done except the outside noise! Room was clean and updated. Bed comfy. Just had a lot of noise throughout the night from first responder sirens, passer by’s loud taking, etc.

There were lots and lots of ants on the counter by the sink. Had to wipe them up with a towel. Was offered bug spray. There were also roaches in the tub. Washed them down the drain. Very noisy and lots of sirens (think the fire station was close). Watched a couple of cars drive very slowly thru the parking lot looking around at all the rooms and cars. Did not feel safe at all. If everyone wouldn't have been exhausted, we'd have left and found somewhere else to sleep.

The hotel is right next to an interstate exit, which is conveinent but inconvenient at the same time. As such, it can also be noisy. There is some vagrant activity around the property but never felt unsafe. The room conditions were standard for a room of this price range. There was a microwave and fridge available which was great for buying our own food and heating up. The bed was older but not unbearable. The TV channels were selective, and the picture was fuzzy but again, was watchable. My only complaint would be the shower. The shower head was broken so it couldnt be positioned. On top of that, the water would not get super hot. I assume to save money the hotel didnt have their water heater set high during the non peak days (Thurs - Sun) because the water was noticeably hotter Friday and Saturday. Overall it was fine for the price and was a conveinent drive to donwtown Nashville.
