Overall it was a nice hotel, easy parking, staff was great. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The only complaint was that the rooms weren't very insulated! Could hear the people above me walking very loudly! And the doors slam very loudly!

I had a pretty decent stay here. The room was clean and comfortable! It was modern and it came with an eating nook which was different. But the lighting in the hallways threw me off. I should say the lack of lighting actually. It gives off a dark and scary vibe. That’s my only true complaint.

I was a guest during the Nashville winter storm of 2026. This hotel was exceptionally busy and it would have been easy for things to be overlooked. But there was on employee specifically that stood out. Peach was courteous, kind, and patient during a VERY chaotic time in the city. The kindness and grace she showed every guest is what the hospitality industry is all about. Would definitely stay here again coming back through Nashville as the impression left on me was overwhelmingly positive.

My stay at the Aloft!

The overall stay was excellent. I loved the design of the hotel and thr staff was cool! I didn't like that there was no microwave in our room and the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. I would stay here again and hopefully this things will have been addressed!
