4/5…..it is advertised that they have parking and airport shuttle which deceives you into thinking you can park for your trip at the hotel when you cannot. But The Parking Spot is next door thankfully.

Hotel was very outdated and room was not cleaned very well (debris behind bench, shower walls/floor weren’t clean). Female hotel staff at check out was extremely rude when I asked for a receipt. Raised her voice at me! Waffles were good but warm food was lukewarm and bland (not tasty). Parking lot area was dirty and garage was dark. Difficult to exit lot to left due to traffic pattern. Will not stay again.

The best part of the stay was the staff. All were friendly and eager to help. I got in at 2am and Mark was there with a winning smile and very helpful. Unfortunately the facilities were not as bright. The property need updating. TV was not clear and had consistent message popping up in the margin. First impression of the room was an odor. Walls were paper thin.

Very nice hotel with reasonable rates. CLOSE to airport and car rental return. Clean and updated. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend! Also ate at a nearby Irish Pub for dinner - McNamara’s. Fantastic food/atmosphere.

This hotel is extremely close to the airport, and they provide shuttles to and from the airport. We used the shuttle three times and found that service to be very reliable. The rooms we stayed in were clean and ready. Finally the front-desk staff were very helpful with our questions. Would stay again

Front desk checked me right in and informed me of the wifi password and breakfast times. The hotel, room and overall general appearance was VERY clean! If we are ever going to spend time in Nashville again I would definitely book a room here again!
