Very easy check in.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is fresh far superior than the chain hotels.
The rooms are well equipped, clean every thing works ,shower lovely and clean.
This was a second choice hotel as mercure was fully booked ,im really pleased they were.

Laurent qui nous a accueilli a été de très bon conseil poir visiter la ville.
La chambre est propre. Bien décorée.
Avec draps, serviette nécessaires de toilettes fourni.
Mais attention ce n'est pas un HOTEL même si c'est sur hotel.com. donc pas d'accueil, arrivé et départ à heure fixe.
Pas de bagagerie.

"L'établissement est vers le centre de Narbonne. Grande chambre avec coin cuisine. Propreté et literie impeccable.
Petit déjeuner en buffet bien approvisionné, permet de bien démarrer la journée.
L'établissement à un local vélo sécurisé dans le parking. Très pratique"
