The hotel was really nice and had good sized rooms! We opted into not having full cleaning service their “eco clean service” and got two 500 yen coupons to use in the hotel during our stay, we used them for 2 drinks at the bar. We did get towels switched out daily which was very easy to do. I would just say they need more pillows on the bed and more than 1 little trash can, nothing majorly wrong just personal preference. Really great stay and conveniently located by the trains!

"Our room didn’t smell great, like mold and dust (or both). It was also very small, and the bathroom was raised, making it awkward to walk into every time. Probably won’t stay at this chain again. It ruined our vacation. Location was convenient though."
