The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room with all amenities you need and the iron/iron board in the room. Great comfy bed and pillows. Very friendly staff with daily housekeeping service. Nice breakfast, restaurant on the pricier side but the bar has an amazing views, good beer, sake and they make nice negronis. Would def recommend and stay again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We felt like we had a spa stay. The room was so beautiful and the whole Hotel has this calm, special feel to it. The gym was great- and hard to find in hotels in Japan- and the onsen was lovely
