The staff at the hotel were very accommodating from the minute we checked in until check out. We only stayed one night before heading to another city but we were thrilled with the accommodations. Large, well appointed rooms, very clean and modern. The rooftop area was gorgeous with views of the water. Dinner and breakfast were very good with a nice variety on the menu.

The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service.

This property is perched at the top of a beautiful neighborhood with incredible views of Mt Vesuvius, the Amalfi cost and even Capri in the distance. Very modern with multiple push button rain shower, auto lights and other modern features in the room. We had a virtual suite which means they convert the sitting room into a full king size bed since we were traveling with our daughter. The rooftop and restaurant were excellent in both service and views. Very happy with the hotel and will look to stay there again.

Haven in busy Napoli. Friendly, helpful staff and top spec clean rooms. Easy road access but at least fifteen minutes walk/funicular to get to cafes, shops etc. Book spa access slot in advance (free to guests), had it all to ourselves for 45 mins, which is nice, but they only switch it on as per bookings, so steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm when we used it.

This was a lovely hotel in a convenient area. Rooms were clean and modern, good shower etc. the staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely roof terrace with amazing city and sea views. HOWEVER we stayed on the 4th floor and the noise from the bar upstairs was INSANE! Why a hotel of this quality haven’t thought to soundproof the rooms below is beyond me. We were warned about a party happening on one of the nights of our stay which we appreciated but we didn’t expect the noise level of 200 18 year olds and a DJ to be quite the level they were, our windows were actually rattling from the bass!!! What annoyed us was the same thing happening the night after with a live singer and disco music once again so loud! I didn’t expect that level of poor sleep from a 5 star Hilton hotel! Such a shame as the rest of our experience was really good, we would have definitely stayed again had it not been for the noise…

Lovely

I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together.

Everything was exceptional except that use of the pool/jacuzzi on the 6th floor wasn’t communicated on the bookings that would be accessible for 50 euros per person for maximum 3 hours. When you advertise a hotel with a pool should be free of charge. Also mini bar items extremely expensive

We reserved a room for THREE people. But they only left us two towels, two cups, two teas, two pairs of sandals. We asked for a bottle of water, they refused to give it to us. At least the breakfast is great and the hotel is located in a very convenient area.

Hotel room was above average. There was disputed charges on the bill at checkout. There was a room service charge and we didn't use room service during the stay. There was a dining charge and I paid cash. Be aware of the final bill at checkout!

The room itself seemed a bit shabby - the bathroom fixtures were loose (the sink faucet would sink down by itself after lifting it up), and there was barely any sink space to place toiletries. We also requested an accessible room since my partner just had surgery, and the toilet was located 1-2cm away from the shower, making it impossible to use the toilet without moving the shower walls around - which was not impossible, just inconvenient and poorly designed and thought out. The room itself was small but cozy with lovely views of the sea. The hotel location is on a busier road so it can be inconvenient to get around
