As a solo traveller it was great! Nice and busy area for shopping, restaurants and cafes. My only suggestion would be to grease the doors as the noise when opening/closing was bad. Fixable for sure.

The staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived the entire area didn’t have any water. They informed us immediately and provided options for water use. There were another item of concern but the staff resolved promptly. They also arranged airport transport at a reasonable rate as we had to be at the airport at 5 am. Breakfast was also good. Freshly baked goodies.

Excelente hotel
Ubicación del hotel ideal, en el barrio VOMERO, muy lindo y seguro, colmado de bares, restaurantes y negocios de todo tipo. A metros del funicular que te deja en el barrio español o bien en el centro histórico en 10 minutos. Personal muy amable, habitaciones muy cómodas. Desayuno muy bueno y completo. La única “crítica” es que le falta un poco de iluminación a las habitaciones, las luces son más decorativas que funcionales. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir.

Excellent Hotel in lovely area of Naples

This property was honestly very nice. It was tough to find. The major challenge was the room A/C would not go down. The room was so hot and I do not sleep well in the heat. But overall staff, location and property were very nice.

Exceptional
Hotel Cimarosa was exceptional. The staff especially the gentleman that worked the breakfast shift provided great service and hospitality. The room was comfortable and always maintained clean upon returning from a day out of exploring. Excellent location to the metro and the funcolare. The hotel is situated in the Vemoro district and it’s safe with blots of things to do in the neighborhood. Highly recommend and will stay at Hotel Cimarosa upon our return to Napoli.

The Hotel is on 5th floor and rooms are very good size and the bathroom is so good which to me is very important and best thing is very close to the local area for shopping too

Trevligt hotell nära till allt
Jättetrevligt hotell med närhet till både shopping och restauranger. Det låg också en trevlig bar precis utanför hotellet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen var rymliga med sköna sängar och det hade ett fint badrum. Det ligger nära en tunnelbane-station så det var enkelt att ta sig från båten vi kom med och upp till Vomero.

Idéalement situé dans le Vomero. Funiculaire au pied de l’hôtel pour rejoindre le quartier espagnol, le quartier historique et le port. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Excelente opção em Nápoles
Excelente opção em Nápoles. Hotel fica no quinto andar de um prédio residencial com fácil acesso por elevador. O quarto é novo e com ótimo espaço. O bairro no entorno é muito bom com restaurantes e supermercado. Fácil acesso ao metrô e funicular, ambos a poucos passos. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. O café da manhã é simples e com pouca variedade, mas nem por isso deixa de atender a necessidade básica.

La camera molto bella l'ascensore si rompeva tutti i giorni (considerato che la camera si trovava al 5^ piano di uno stabile antico molto alto) e questo è un grosso handicap.

Great location
We stayed here for 4 nights - the first leg of our 25th Anniversary trip. The entrance was a little difficult to find due to the scaffolding. Once you are in the piazza, it is on the right, just behind the Metro access. A slight snag with our room assignment was quickly rectified. The room was nice and clean. Everything needed was present. The breakfast was okay, but nothing spectacular. What is really great is the proximity to the Metro and funicular's. It is so easy to get around the city from here. Manuel was so very helpful - recommending places to eat, the best way to get where we needed, and ordering a taxi to the train at checkout. We really enjoyed staying here. Grazie Molto!

Good location next to funicular and restaurants. Good choice of coffee and breakfast spread. If you are flying in late reception officially closes at 11pm but front desk tells me it closes at midnight. Receptionist skilled at using google translate to communicate during check in.

Great hotel and location
Hotel Cimarosa is in a great location for seeing most of the sights of Napoli, without being in the historical district. It is in the quiet Vomero neighborhood with easy access to 3 funiculare and the metro. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved our stay. Grazie mille!
