The hotel itself and the staff was amazing. However there was something in the same building stat sounded like a bowling alley 24 hours per day for the 5 days straight we were there, so we didn’t get much sleep(even with air plugs) Again, absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel.

The room was very clean, communications with manager were easy and clear, it was very easy to find the place. I did not know Naples at all so I should have checked, it was not very quiet as the room is on the avenue with quite a bit of traffic. But generally very happy with the room and price!

The location was absolutely perfect — right next to Napoli Port, which made it very convenient for exploring the city and catching ferries. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise — it was extremely loud at night, both from the street outside and from the building’s water system. Each time a neighbor used the bathroom, the sound of running water was quite disturbing and made it hard to sleep. Overall, great location and friendly service, but the noise issue really needs improvement.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is amazing and the people who run the hotel do a great job of providing information and making you feel welcomed. The room is new and comfortable and I highly recommend staying here.

We booked this place for pre cruise and before our outbound flight from Naples. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the port. Everything was great, surprising quiet for being on a busy street. Lot of restaraunts close by in spaccanapoli and close to transport including the metro. The best part was the host Massimo, he gave us restaraunt recommendations and directions. Massimo went above and beyond in helping us after the airline lost a suitcase by calling and speaking in italian to the lost and found after we were not getting any response from them. Unfortunately the suitcase was lost for 12 days but we were happy to get it back the day before we were flying back home. I would not hesitate to recommend this place, thanks Massimo!

Very clean, plenty of towels, and a small water bottle in the fridge. The sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable. The university underground stop is very near and handy. Ice cream parlour at 2 2-minute walk. Loved the custom from Ivana.

Great bas

Great base for exploring Naples. Also handy for the port where you can do day trips to Procida, Capri, etc. Luca was super responsive from the time of booking right up until we left the hotel. He was there to welcome us even though our flight was late. We found the road noise a little annoying but other than that no issues at all.

In downtown Naples, great location very close to the subway station. The old building is beautiful. The AC didn’t cool down the bedroom very much even at the lowest temperature and the mattress are not the greatest. There is a small fridge with a freezer. Good tv channels if you speak Italian. WFi was good. I’ll stay again.

Very convenient for the University. Plenty of places to eat. Room clean and spacious. Just a short walk from the oldest part of Naples. Staff very friendly. It’s on a main road so noisy but close the shutters and it’s not a problem. It’s also a ten minute walk from the port and 15 minutes on the alibus from the airport & a short walk to the B&B. I would stay again. A couple of suggestions would be a glass for water instead of mugs and some uht milk pods so we English can have tea with milk. But it was all good.

For the price, this was an outstanding room to stay in town: it was clean, comfortable, convenient, & free wifi. Since the window was right on Corso Umberto, it was very noisy, especially needing to leave open the window for comfort, and it was on the 5th floor, requiring either climbing steps or spending a few coins on the elevator. But it is perfect for a clean, safe, inexpensive room in the heart of town.

Stayed 3 - 6 April 2024 The property is very central and room was spotlessly clean. Luca was a warm and fantastic host and very knowledgeable about his home city of Naples. He gave us some great restaurant recommendations and told us about places of interest we should visit (including the best Maradona mural!). The property is on the 5th floor and the life was rather temperamental at the time of our visit so had to walk up several flights of the stairs a number of times but hopefully that is now fixed.
