Centrally located, our room was very clean and well equipped with towels and drinks facilities. The host was lovely and online check in was straightforward. Don't let the street to the accommodation put you off because we didn't feel unsafe at any point. Ignore negatives and embrace it for what it is. We really enjoyed our stay and the host contacted me when I left my ID on departure overall a positive enjoyable experience and no regrets. Love the chaoticness that Naples has to offer!

Arrivée facilitée en dehors des horaires d ouverture, la suite n a que le spa dommage. Le choix a été fait de pars les avis mais bof literie abîmée le cadre est sympa le petit dej au bar d à côté juste horrible limite degueux. Impression mitigée mais si retour sur Naples le comfort zone ne sera pas choisi. J allais oublier les sms pour savoir si on a libéré la chambre à 08h du mat 😂😂 mais l accueil et la communication était sympas

Hemos estado en total 4 noches en fechas y habitaciones distintas. Tiene 2 direcciones una en frente la otra con varias habitaciones. Escogí este B&B porque me pareció una zona dónde podíamos ir caminando a todas partes (centro, vía Toledo, Quarterie español, plebiscito y coger ferrys) o en metro si hacía falta como fue el caso para ir a la estación de tren. Cogimos ferry para Capri y fuimos caminando a la terminal, esta cerca. También cogimos el Alibus en la parada del puerto, esta cerca. Las 2 habitaciones que cogimos eran amplias, con luz, balcón, limpias y bien insonorizadas. Obviamente se oye el tránsito de Nápoles, pero dónde no se oye... las habitaciones están bien aisladas el ruido que se pueda oir de tránsito es el normal de todo Nápoles. Habitaciones limpias, cambian toallas, hacen la cama pero no cambian sábanas, no hay champú si jabón. La atención recibida por Annalisa fue muy correcta: enseguida nos contactó antes de llegar para concretar hora de llegada, nos guardó las maletas tres días sin cargo mientras hacíamos ruta por la costa de Amalfi y volvíamos al hotel. El desayuno que dan es un vale para el bar de abajo: Pascucci Gran Caffé. Este bar está genial, desayuno típico de Nápoles croissant o sfogiatella o ... más café y un zumo, todo buenísimo.

Find Somewhere Else to Stay

My husband and I booked a room with a sauna and spa tub at Comfort Zone planning on it being the grand finale to our Italy vacation. This place turned out to be not just the worst place that we stayed at in Italy, but the worst hotel experience of our lives. We settled down in our room and upon getting into the tub, I was immediately electrocuted when I turned on the jets. To make matters worse, the jets began spewing out massive amounts of brown scum all over my husband and I. We immediately got out, turned everything off, began draining the tub and got in the shower (which had black mold in it). As it drained, the jets turned back on, which sprayed water all over our room due to the lower water level of the tub. We frantically tried to turn them off, however, we were badly electrocuted each time we tried to press the button while being doused in scum water. Finally, the jets turned off on their own. At this point, the room and our luggage was completely water logged. My husband had to actually dump water out of his suitcase. We contacted the host, who refused to drive across town to help us due to it being late at night and a long drive. Frustrated, we got in bed to try to at least get a few hours of sleep. We were awoken to the horrible noise of the jets coming back on later in the night, which we again were electrocuted and unable to shut off. The host refused to help refund us the following morning and has been uncooperative with hotels.com requesting a refund for us.

Pagato anticipato alto prezzo x camera tripla e ci hanno assegnato una doppia per 3 persone. Dopo 3 ore di discussione e presa in giro, ci hanno rimborsato la differenza. Non merita il punteggio 9 come scritto. Siamo stati bene, cmq, dopo l'inizio snervante. Ottima posizione, personale gentile, pulizia discreta, mancanza di una hall, letti comodi, tv difettosa e pure il riscaldamento difettoso. Necessaria matutenzione e controllo prima di assegnare la camera. Vista una tripla che tripla era e non c'era paragone con quella assegnata a noi. I Clienti sono preziosi. Nn si prendono in giro a 384 euro 3 notti una doppia passata x tripla. Pagare in anticipo a scatola chiusa è sempre troppo rischioso e per le prossime volte contatterò direttamente la struttura ovunque io vada per non trovarmi piu in situazioni incresciose. La signora Annalisa molto gentile e con grande savoir faire.....esasperante....Nel complesso tutto poi si e risolto ...ma che fatica..

This is a really nice small hotel in a very good location. At walking distance from most of Napoli's main attractions. Our room had a Jacuzzi and Sauna which we enjoyed very much. Annalisa was attentive, polite and courteous.

Establishment was pretty solid. some operation manual for the jacuzzi would have helped. Additionally wifi was pretty bad. I appreciate the possibility to watch netflix in the rooms. But obviously this is just possible with an appropriate wifi. I cant judge the wifi for all rooms. but definitely some rooms are out of range to stream or even to use wifi on mobile phones.

Alexandra was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is in a business district, and perfectly located near the port of Mollo Beverello. I never once felt unsafe in our location, even at night. Definitely will stay again; hidden gem!
