"The Overall experience was excellent. The Reception staff (Particularly Jacinta and Bianca) were lovely and super helpful when needing to accomodate my adult daughter into our room, whilst my husband was in hospital. They helped with organizing taxis and a late permit for parking as well. Whilst it was obvious you were having a change over of furniture during our stay, this did not inconvenience us. The only criticism I have is in relation to the car park. The signage displayed in the lane does...
"I'm glad I chose to stay in this unit than a Hotel in the City. A nice home away from home.
Bed and Pillows are comfortable. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean with beautiful Sandalwood bodywash.
Towels are lush quality. "

At night, I stayed in the room on 27 of December 2017 on room no. 501. Then, I got one guy, he has used the card trying to enter my room, after he couldn't open it, he just left. 10 mins later, he came back again with the card. this times, he could open my room. I had to push the door and told him that this is my room. Then, he told me that this was his room as well. Then he left my room. I called the reception to ask about the issue. The reception said that it was a mistake. I told I needed a...
"Great location. Reception area is lovely. We ate at the restaurant which was superb. Had our dessert and coffees in front of the fire which topped off a great evening.
On the downside the room we booked was the king corner spa room which was very tired. The cleanliness of the room was not good. The bathroom had what looked like mould on the ceiling. The whole room needs a good refurbishment. The bed however was very comfortable."
