"Beautiful property, looks new! We had a really spacious room and were very happy with the reception and room services. Parking was a breeze and daily service meant always a spic and span room to return to at night! "
"Very comfortable stay in this property with an extremely helpful front staff. Apartment was well appointed and it was so nice to have both a washer and dryer. Very close to a large mall and shopping area so getting groceries and meals was no problem. Only stayed one night and used street parking so did not use the parking facility provided. The nightly fee there seemed a bit steep."

Tea and Coffee were sparce, with two Coffee pods, and two tea bags, neither of which were normal tea.
If I was staying any more than one night I would need to buy Coffee and real milk. "
"I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting friends who lived in Kew. It was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbours one evening but the staff handled it efficiently.

At night, I stayed in the room on 27 of December 2017 on room no. 501. Then, I got one guy, he has used the card trying to enter my room, after he couldn't open it, he just left. 10 mins later, he came back again with the card. this times, he could open my room. I had to push the door and told him that this is my room. Then, he told me that this was his room as well. Then he left my room. I called the reception to ask about the issue. The reception said that it was a mistake. I told I needed a...

"Very convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staff…just what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me.
