The staff were very helpful, the local amenities were good and it’s well connected by car. However the rooms were rather basic and dusty. The hotel seemed to have a lot of flies in it.

Basic get what you paid for hotel, ideal for a stopover limited but serviceable breakfast and evening dining options a walkable distance, try the german bar which is the nearest!!

Concert at the Zenith Metropole

We were going to the Zenith Metropole in Nantes and this hotel is ideal being just round the corner from it and by the main bus routes around the city if you want to travel into the centre as we did. Staff were great and the room was very quiet. Hotel was clean and well presented. Would definitely use again if we stay in the area.

Plus points: The hotel is not expensive and has a receptionist even late at night. There is a breakfast, which was quite OK, and I was given it for free when I asked as compensation for... The negative points: I was given a key to my room, which didn't work, was given a replacement key, which did work, but found a laptop and two phones charging in the room... which was neat and tidy but clearly occupied by another guest! I was then given another room... which had no towels in it. All this involved four separate trips (three of them up and down stairs with luggage) to sort out. The staff were friendly but inefficient, and giving me a key to someone else's room made me feel unsafe, that security was not sufficient.

L'hôtel est très vétuste, tout doit être refait rapidement, car l établissement est dégradé. La déco, les équipements ont plus de 30 ans, fenêtre cassée, pas de clim, lavabo brûlé a plusieurs endroits par mégots de cigarettes, chambre qui puait la clope, en arrivant. Il est urgent au Groupe le Louvre de réagir, et de laisser du personnel d acceuil comme a son ouverture. La compression de personnel, et la rentabilité ne font pas bon ménage.

Lorenzo qui travaille la nuit est très professionnel et sympathique. Je recommande le Sure Hotel. Avec 1 suggestion : un porte bagages pour valise.

Chambre propre. Personnels super gentil. Idéal pour un week-end sur Nantes. Proche du Zénith, on l’a choisi pour ça, et c’était une très bonne idée, on peut s’y rendre à pied directement en moins de 10 min. Cependant on a trouvé que les lits étaient un peu dur, mais sinon dans l’ensemble tout était parfait.
