"The recently refurbished rooms were brilliant - clean and spacious. Each room has it's own personal Wi-fi which doesn't always connect and resetting with the TV...staff were very happy to help with this. The staff were helpful but it was clear they were overstretched and needed more support especially ..."

"The room was dirty. Blood stains on the sheets, thick layer of dust under the bed, bad smell in the room. Overall the cleanliness is a problem. Would not stay here again and I would encourage others to pick a different hotel."
