"Rooms were very clean and the hotel smelled very nice overall. Hotel setup was a bit weird. The check in lobby was actually on the 23rd floor, so you don't get that initial grand lobby feel when you walk through the main entrance. The hotel is also connected to a very nice shopping center with plenty of shipping and food options. It is also very close to Xuanwu lake.
The staff was super helpful and nice. We needed an extra wheelchair for my parents and one of the manager went out of his way to borrow it from a different hotel for us since their has an issue with the wheel. We also forgot something in the room after check out and they helped us ship it to our next hotel in Shanghai.
