"The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service. Excellent location, close to the metro. "The hotel was near the stairs to subway station so you don’t have to walk long in the cold especially during winter. There was a convenience store nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and the best part for me was the weighing scale by the elevators to weigh our luggage. That was really helpful for us to decide whether or not we need to add baggage allowance."
