"I felt swindled when checked in because staff gave me a room type that we did not book for. Only when we raised the issue then the staff changed us to the room that we had booked. It would seemed that the staff was trying to get us into a cheaper room without us being aware. This is robbery. The services require us to call in for everything. Internet service access is not readily available and we had to call for access instructions. No one told us about the access to Executive Lounge although we had paid for it. Concierge did not want to come to pick up our bags from the car and had to be specially requested. The room minibar only contained small bottled water (no sodas or other drinks or snacks). Our experience had been aweful."
