"The room was kept clean but only 3 days per week. The staff are polite, as you would expect in Tokyo, but they are under orders from a management that has no regard for careful hospitality. The air conditioning is unreliable."

"Excellent Hotel, has everything needed for stay whilst enjoying Disneyland Tokyo. Great restaurants and buffet breakfast. Luggage storage for early arrival. 12 noon checkout is great . Close to Bayside Disneyland train station making easy to access park. Has guest laundry , gym and swimming pools . Would definitely recommend and stay again"
