"Property was super clean and the room was perfect. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Checked me in quick. The parking lot isn’t too spacious and we ended up parking on the street"
"The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean. Whatever we needed staff were super accommodating. We felt safe staying here, there’s a police station next door (if you want to feel extra safe). The subway is a 5 minute walk there are also a lot of good places to eat nearby (cafes and delis). There’s also a grocery store up the street too if you want to buy a case of water bottles for the trip. Breakfast was decent got the job done, but we chose to eat outside. Will be back as...
"The only complaint that I have is that there were a lot of people allowing their children to run around in the hallway and yell, and the property needs to get more towel towels. No one should be only limited to two towels per room. "
"Though the immediate area surrounding the hotel is a little industrial (storage facilities and other warehouses), if you walk a little farther, you can easily access Prospect Park and all the wonderful restaurants and quiet streets nearby. The hotel itself seems relatively new and is exceptionally clean. Staff were more than accommodating; they were really kind to upgrade me to a king-sized bed, which I was grateful for."
