We spent fathers day weekend and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The unit was well maintained, very clean and smelled good the moment we walked in the door. The kitchenette had most of the things we needed, pressure in the shower was strong and tub drained well, beds (queen bed in the bedroom and murphy bed in living/dining room area) were clean and comfy, living/dining room area was spacious enough for us and some visiting family for dinner. Location was excellent, safe, not very crowded, walking distance to the beach, close to grocery stores and outlet shopping. Contact person was very friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions in very timely manner. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it very much, jacuzzi was a plus, very friendly unit neighbors. We even used the grill for fathers day poolside early dinner. If there's something id like to improve, its the pull out sofa which needs a little updating but overall we were very satisfied with our stay and i highly recommend. I would have given 5 stars but there's always room for improvement. Thank you very much!

Got 2 condos next to each other it’s a bit outdated but it was great for a affordable clean place beach is maybe a block away walked up there several times Nice hot tub and heated pool would definitely stay here again!!!

For a non smoker it smelled like smoke .. One of the elevators had a wet area in where it looked like someone threw up. Over all the location and quietness was great . The lady I spoke to very pleasant in explaining checking in procedures also.

We had a great stay here. My only complaint is that the hot water was absolutely awful! The cold water was fine but the hot water smelled like rotten eggs! Check in/out was pretty simple. I don't understand why we paid a cleaning fee when we had a list of stuff to do before we left. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room, clean.
