"Room clean & had basic facilities available. No heating control available in room. Parking is available but spread out & difficult to find at times. Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues. The catering arrangements are ok with the Queens cafe food good but limited choice, seating feels like you are sitting in a corridor due to the open plan design. "Highly recommend this hotel!! I had a wonderful stay, the facilities are so clean and have everything you need including a kitchen with air fryer, microwave and all utensils provided! The room was decorated beautifully and very clean. Check in and check out was extremely smooth and easy to do. I also received multiple messages during my stay to check everything is okay and reassure me I can contact someone if help is needed, which was great peace of mind. "Had a wonderful 2 night stay here with my partner and my sister . Easy to find , loverly location . Warmly welcomed by there staff . Explained everything we needed to no took us up to our rooms etc . So nice so friendly and approachable . All areas and rooms very clean and tastefully decorated to a high standard . We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was amazing. From start to finish . Breakfast was equally amazing. . Carnt wait to stay again in the future"
