Accès privé à la chambre et grande terrasse confortable. Deux points pourraient être améliorés : - les petits déjeuners sont préparés par une cuisine en terrasse et les assiettes chargées de mets délicieux arrivent (début février) sur des assiettes très froides. C'est dommage car leurs contenus sont rapidement...

"Everything about our stay at Palacio Gran Via was beyond our expectations. We have traveled extensively and this was the best overall experience EVER in a hotel. The entire staff was accommodating and welcoming answering any question or request. They made us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant on the same day.
