"Beautiful resort. Very clean. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is stunning and large enough to accommodate a lot of people. The food was slow to come out of the restaurants, so best to book for a time well before hunger sets in. A great stay for families. "

"This was an amazing experience. It was one of our first resort experiences and as a family it was perfect. There was so much for the kids to do, and we really could stay within the resort and have a great time. There were some good activities (snorkelling, diving, boating, jet skis) which were bookable and departing from Radisson Blu as well which was amazing. Also other local activities available via the tour desk. The staff were all very friendly and amazingly responsive - whilst sometimes some inconsistencies (wrong number of towels being replaced etc) they were also so quickly resolved and without a fuss. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable and oh my god the beds were perfect. Such amazing mattresses and cleanliness in the rooms. The pool area was awesome as well - easily the nicest we saw on Denirau Island. Only irritation was the number of guests who reserved great poolside spots with towels and often wouldn't show up for hours... we tried to be good guests and avoid this but in the last few days it just resorts to oh well it's really the only way to get a good spot. Will absolutely be coming back - all the staff were great and it was one of the best holidays. "

"What an incredible time we had on this beautiful island. The staff welcome you as family and are so generous of heart. We couldn't believe the accommodation was right on the shore and everyday is like a day in paradise. The snorkeling out the front of the island was phenomenal. From spectacular coral gardens to a myriad of fish every day. We enjoyed walks around the island, joining in the activities and the incredible views. I would go back in a heartbeat. The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and perfect for relaxing by the water. Embrace 'Fiji Time' and slow your own pace at this lovely island. Each night your are treated with a series of songs from the staff and joining in the staff volley ball game is a highlight. "

"Lovely island with friendly staff and very nice beaches and views. The bathroom in the hotel room wasn’t completely clean in some places but the bed was comfortable and the overall decor was nice, and the air con worked well. There was a large range of good food on offer and there were lots of activities and excursions available to do each day. If you want a purely quiet, undisturbed, retreat-style location then you may want to go somewhere else as there is a bit of relaxed background bustle throughout the day, however the vibe on the island is still very relaxing. "Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. Snorkeling was good all around the island, and the sandbar trip to the coral walls was a highlight. The resort is older than pictured online, and some equipment like kayak paddles could use updating, but the experience was still lovely. The handline fishing was fun, and the staff fried up our catch for a delicious meal. The lovo dinner was another standout. We recommend the full board meal plan as the food was fresh and varied each day. One challenge was with their reservations team, based off-site, who were out of sync with the actual resort schedule. Activities we pre-booked, like massages, fishing, and scuba, did not match what was available, and we needed medical clearance for scuba that wasn’t communicated. It’s better to book activities once you arrive. Despite a few hiccups, Serenity Island Resort offered a wonderful experience filled with warmth, culture, and beautiful scenery. "
