"First off.. I booked a King suite with balcony.. I get check in pay for room and get to room it was a regular room.. call down and asked about my room and manager states oh we didn’t have anymore so I’m refunding $75 back and gave you free breakfast.. I don’t see no refund.. So please call the hire to make sure what you booked is still available.."

"Upper floors above 4th floor much nicer than lower floors."

"The room was super clean with lots of room for storage. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was spectacular!!! This alone was worth all the stars! Our safe had a dead battery and staff immediately replaced the battery once called. It was nice and quiet and amenities were also superb. All hotels should model this one."
