"We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite.

"We had a great stay at Mill Street Inn! The property is in such a great location - walking distance to SO many things, but still lovely and quiet location. We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! Can’t recommend enough! "
"Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Gilded. There are 17 rooms so larger than a normal B&B but not a full scale hotel. It's in a great location and walkable to the wharf and many restaurants/shopping. The decor is gorgeous and our room was large and well appointed with all the toiletries (that smell amazing). The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast spread was such a lovely surprise and the perfect way to start the day in Newport. Would love to return to this hotel and highly recommend it to...
"Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room."
