"Didn't eat there. Had good tea and coffee in room with a little bottle of milk in the fridge. Wonderful room, excellent shower, bath, toiletries towels and linens. Kelly at the front desk was lovely. I go back and forth from US to Scotland a couple of times a year and will definitely be back to the Balmoral."

"Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. "We were very pleased with the lovely room. It was well-furnished and had all of the utensils, appliances, etc. that we needed. It was especially nice having the combination washer/dryer in our room to allow us to wash clothes. We felt very secure with the electronic keypad entry system to the building and room. The room was located in a perfect, centralized location that made it very easy to get to any area of the city that we wished to visit. Would definitely recommend and use them again."
