"What truly makes this hotel special and sets it apart is, without a doubt, the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay.
We traveled with our children, who have food allergies, and the staff showed such genuine care and consideration for their needs. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness.
The front desk staff were equally wonderful. They took the time to show us around Seville on a map, explaining the different areas and places to visit. It was...

"In general a good hotel.
Unfortunately there were several events in the hotel during our stay. Therefore, it was quite loud until late in the night. We talked with the reception about the noise and they reassured that it is only one more hour- but then it took another two.
Nothing was provided as an excuse or compensation."

"Hotel was in a great location, exceptionally clean room and public areas. Breakfast was nice and the ladies were pleasant enough who were attending guests. The young man in reception when we checked in was really nice and helpful, very happy to welcome us as new guests. Only downside were the ladies behind the reception desk which is immediately adjacent to the lift. Both mornings when the lift doors opened as we went to breakfast there was no " Good morning " or smile from the woman behind the...

"Comfy beds. I liked that the bunks didn't look on to one another. Enjoyed the roof terrace. A great escape from the city below. Location is great.
More could be done to clean the dorms each day. Alot of people seemed to be just staying one night and aside from bed changes and bin being emptied it didn't appear that anything else in the room was cleaned. Floors desperately needed doing."
