"Our Eden Reserve experience was amazing. High quality hotel and all staff is very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the front desk manager is wonderful. If staying here, know the location is about a 25 minute walk up the hill from sea-side so plan accordingly. We walked it a couple times a day and is manageable. Great restaurants nearby including Sans Souci."

"Amazing hotel. We slept in the apartments building because we were four but im sure the rooms are even better! Garden and pool and access to the lake are all mind blowing. Breakfast is nice and rich!"

"We loved the location and the view of the lake from the upper rooms was lovely. The food was amazing. However, initially we didn’t get the room we’d booked, we were put on the first floor in a lovely room but the lake was heavily obscured by overgrown trees, this was finally remedied with a move to the fifth floor but not before turning another room down and suffering lots of stress having to prove I’d booked a balcony with a view of the lake and we weren’t settled into our acceptable room until later the next day. Sadly this meant our first 24 hours was tense. The food and restaurant was lovely and my husband’s dietary needs accommodated but the staff in the restaurant were miserable. Pool area was lovely but only sun beds were available, would have liked some nice comfortable seating in the gardens again with a lake view (which could be achieved by pruning the trees and bushes) otherwise we had a lovely stay. "

Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!"
