"I really liked the location - it’s central but not too busy. It is on a side street though in the university area so can seem a bit rowdy at times. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful. However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. "The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate.
