"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

"This is, this has been the worst place i've ever stayed out the water completely ran out.There was no water to take a shower a brush your teeth.There was no water to flush the toilet.The toilet handle broke.You weren't able to flush the toilet, the property management completely ignor are call for help.Did nothing to help or resolve the issue. Completely ignore and block my number.So that I would not text them anymore. I ask the cleaning lady's where he was at and they told me that his office is on the eighth level. When I went to look for him, he pretty much ignored me, didn't care about my concerns with the unit. Didn't care that everything was broken. And he pretty much told me that I have already paid for the room and he didn't care about anything else. Displace is not here to cater the travelers he only cares about.
