"Beautiful property and right close to the harbor and towers! Gorgeous lobby and room. Our room didn't have air conditioning or a refrigerator which we expect from hotels. Reguested ice bucket but never received one. Parking near by but a little walk to the hotel. Other than that, very nice looking hotel. "

"We were right on the old port with many dining options. A fun area! The staff was excellent - professional and friendly. We had breakfast delivered to our room. It was excellent. "

The room was quiet as it was not facing the street but the location of the hotel was perfect since it was on the street with all restaurants and cafés, and just across the streets there are the ferries to the Île de Ré. The staff was superfriendly and helpful and gave me some local tourist information as well. I spent one night only, but can't be happier with the choice of this hotel."
