"Large room with balcony overlooking the square. The shutter would not close so had to pin a blanket up but it decided to work in the morning!🤔 I asked for 2 extra pillows several times but they never appeared. Couldn't get heating to work so was quite chilly. No kettle. Bar had reasonable priced food and breakfast good. Free underground parking a bonus but limited spaces. "

"I was told they had problem collecting my payment from Hotels.com, which is odd considering all my other bookings were fine. Had to spend a few minutes over the phone giving out credit card details, which wasn't ideal. I was allocated a room looking into the courtyard directly across from the breakfast area, which wasn't ideal."
