"Wij hadden een standaard kamer voor 1 nacht. Bed een beetje aan de harde kant maar goed. Kamer is schoon op 1 haar (schaamhaar) na in het badkuip.
Douchen voor lange mensen wat minder, douchekop hangt te laag. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt goed maar weinig keus."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel because of the convenience being close to the Bari airport and the shuttle service which is included. The staff was very accommodating when arrived a day early and helpful with our luggage. A lovely breakfast buffet was also included. We would stay here again while travelling through Bari. Thank you"

"This hotel is dated and needs renovation. The rooms do have carpet which is different to the pictures while booking. It also 40+ minutes away walking from Bari City center. If you are touristing around, there are better options in this price range"

"La demeure est très bien entretenue,beaucoup de cachet..le personnel à l accueil est froid .la chambre est spacieuse ,la literie de bonne qualité, la salle de bain dans son jus ( rideau de douche en tissu ,bidet,baignoire balnéothérapie,robinet impossible à regler) notre chambre était accolée au local technique de la piscine !! Bruits fraccassants de la pompe à chaleur on a eu l impression de dormir à côté d un énorme frigo !! Il y a une voie ferrée à 500 mètres ( 3 trains par jour )...

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Excelsior Bari. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had hurt my knee earlier that day, and the staff kindly provided ice for my knee, which I really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more comfortable.

"Very rude owner
The owner was extremely rude. During check-in, the lady kept our passports and did not return them to us. When we realized they were missing, we tried texting and calling, but she did not respond.
Several hours passed, and we eventually had to go back to the B&B and search through the drawers in the “reception” area ourselves. We were eventually able to find our passports there.
It was very frustrating and concerning to have such important personal documents left unattended,...

"For me, only saved by the staff and the nice cafe attached where we got breakfast (included) and cocktails (extra!) The room NeVEr got cool, despite having the AC on full. The shower area was extremely grotty and mouldy. We were in the ground floor and unfortunately got a lot of elevator noise, and noise from doors opening from early in the morning. And a hotel in southern Italy having those horrible plastic sachets of instant coffee in the room…??"

"There was noting unique about the property or the service or amenities. The room facing the street was very noisy and they turn off the AC from the main control at night so the room was hot!! Staff was not very helpful providing direction or suggestion. I definitely won’t stay here."
