"Clean, small and cozy. Staff was very helpful. There an issue with transferring. I had booked the hotel by the beach and got a call the day of my arrical of the change. I asked if it was still beach front and was told yes. No it's not a beach front. They told me that it was a error. That the other property didn't have the amenities that was advertised during my booking. I said it was fine, not knowing "

"Ocean view room and relaxing. Quiet room with a comfortable bed. We had a great time with our adult kids walking to the beach. About 30 minutes walk to the pier and 40 minutes to farmers market on the state street. Great view of the beach from the lobby and the pool. "

"The check-in staff member charged me $25 for an early check-in. I told him I thought check-in was 2:00 and he said check-in was 3:00. I had to get ready so I paid the $25, went to my room and confirmed it was 2:00 on my confirmation email. Thankfully another staff member reimbursed my $25 when I went back to the front desk later that day. "

"Location is awesome. Rooms was clean and spacious. Only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because the bed was so firm and it made sleeping very uncomfortable for us. It needed a mattress topper IMO. Beds are a preference so I don’t blame the Hotel for that, just wanting to warn you…beds are HARD. Everything else makes for a good stay. "
