The hotel was located close to Octoberfest events. The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was very plain and was similar to a norm room. Beds were comfortable. We did not spend too much time in the room.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet

Zimmer sind relativ ringhörig, aber es gab bei unserem Aufenthalt auch viele Kinder, die im Gang rumgerannt sind. Gute Lage (in kurzer Fussdistanz zum zentralen Busbahnhof).

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Wobei man das Ledersofa, welches nicht höher als 30cm war nicht als Bett bezeichnen kann. Das Bettlaken ist auf dem rutschigen Sofa ständig heruntergerutscht. Das Sofa war sehr unbequem und ist definitiv nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Dazu kommt, dass es sehr heiß war und man nicht lüften konnte. Das Fenster konnte nur gekippt werden. Sehr hellhörig und spartanisch eingerichtet. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Bar im EG war so laut das wir die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen haben, bis 5.30 Uhr morgens war dort laute Musik und Gesang. Wir hatten ein 6 Bettzimmer im 2.OG mit Fenster zur Straße und im EG auf der Straßenseite befindet sich die Bar. Es war lauter als der Straßenverkehr. Am zweiten abend wurden wir durch die Rezeption um 23 uhr darauf hingewiesen leiser zu sein obwohl wir uns in Zimmerlautstärke unterhalten hatten und leise Musik gehört haben und am Tag zuvor steigt bis morgens 5.30Uhr eine riesen Party die einen die ganze Nacht wach hält. Hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

L’hôtel est censé disposer de places de parking mais au final pas de places .... du coup il faut se débrouiller tout en allant acheter une vignette mais le personnel de l’hôtel n’avait pas connaissance de cela ... bref autant Menninger Olympic est pas mal autant celui du centre n’est pas tip-top. D’ailleurs il est vraiment loin du centre - faut compter 40min à pieds. Bref erreur sur la marchandise

On tram line to train station and downtown tourist areas. Lots of eateries around. Nice crowd and nice facilities. The only thing to note is that it is in the "unwelt zone" so your non-local rental car are technically not allowed in the area. That's why we arrived late in the night and just locked the car in its garage for 3 days at EUR12.5 per night. Other than this, the only nit-pik is that there is only one washer and dryer while there are hundreds of guest rooms!

Good location and value for family of 5. Could use a detail cleaning, but nothing super gross. Beds comfortable. Breakfast made it easy to start the day. Friendly staff. Big compliment to the guy who figured out how to get our car out of a locked parking lot so we could head to airport. Complete above and beyond help. THANK YOU.

Lage ist gut, Zimmer für diesen Preis ist ok, aber der Lärmpegel ist eine Katastrophe! Es hängen in den Gängen zwar Schilder, dass ab 22 Uhr um Ruhe gebeten wird, daran hält sich aber leider niemand und offensichtlich ist es den Mitarbeitern auch egal. Jede Nacht Geschrei auf den Gängen, knallende Türen und Musik bis spät in die Nacht - wirklich äußerst unangenehm!

Great little hotel

Great location not far from the main station and good tram links with the number 19 stopping nearby. Basic and clean. They have a nice continental breakfast to set you up for the day and a brewery pub faces the hotel.

Reception staff was a huge plus, each and everyone was very pleasing😊👍 Here are some other observations; There is only one elevator and very small. Guest kitchen was not as clean as expected. The room was not cleaned properly despite the sign we put up to clean. That been said, the coutesy and pleasant mannerisms of the reception staff needs a special mention once again😀👍

Good basic hotel services

Stayed with my family (wife+three kids) in a single bunk-bed room (6 beds). Not a particularly fancy room, but it served us well enough. The city center was within our kids walking distance.The 24H staff was good and very helpful. Quiet at nights. Good public communications just outside the hotel. WI-FI worked very well and fast. Daily cleaning was good. Conclusion: you get good basic hotel services for a very fair price. But it is not fancy. I recommend this hotel for young people and families with kids. Negative: over-priced beverages in the lobby (1,5L water cost almost 4€). Breakfast buffet was OK in terms of contents, but not worth the cost of 8€ per person.
