The location is excellent, close to Munich train station and Karlsplatz, the starting point for sightseeing tours. However, the security around the hotel is not good at all. The location, breakfast included, and the prices for Oktoberfest are very reasonable.

Accommondation was ok. Clean, spacey room with all we needed except a/c, so we must kept window open but the street was noisy until 2 a.m. Neighborhood also ain't exactly friendly.

Room was tiny and hot, no air con, when I got to the hotel it was locked and was unable To enter, had to wait over an hour to get this resolved. Cleaners turned up once in 6 days. On a very loud busy street

This was a good value hotel, with a decent sized room and bathroom facilities a couple of minutes from the central station, and a ten minute walk to the old town, although the entrance is actually hard to find the first time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the noise. One of the local bars beneath the hotel had music on most of the night both nights I was there. But the facilities for the price made this a good value hotel.

Pretty good, if some street noise is ok for you

Breakfast was very good and pretty rich! Bed was very comfortable, staff is helpful and pleasant. Location is obviously the top factor! The only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the street at night. Most rooms of the hotel are on the street side, and when I asked to change to a more quiet room, they said it was fully booked. Also, it seemed to me that the room had a little of a past cigarette smell, though it is non smoking. Also, the shower is fine, but current could be improved. If you want to store your luggage for few hours after checkout, it's 2eur.

Everything was perfect

Very nice very clean very comfortable hotel at the center of Munich. Perfect location. Rich breakfast if i ever return to Munich i will book again to this hotel. The only negative was check out was at 11 we were ready to leave and literally 11 01 they told us that we have to leave and we got late... Relax guys it was only 2 minutes... Typical German

Pros: very close to the city center and public transportation. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was okay. Cons: NO AC! They provide a fan that hardly makes a difference and rooms are humid. Bathrooms shower also looked like it had mold. Rooms did not get cleaned everyday and we had to keep asking for towel and toilet paper.

Red-light district, so it wasn't very clean or safe. The room had no air-conditioning and only one electric fan. Because the room had large windows facing the sun, it was impossible to get the room to cool down until several hours after sunset with the only one available window that was open, poor air circulation. I asked for another fan since we had 4 people and 4 beds, but hotel staff refused to give another. With only 1 fan, it was impossible to get circulating air to everyone. It was a miserable experience. The elderly could have certainly died from heat exhaustion in that room. 2 out of us 4 had heat rashes because of the room and that made it all the worse.
