This hotel has been our home for a week when my son attended a competition at Ball State University. The location is at the center of many dining options. Very near at Ball state. All the staff are approachable, kind and very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The only thing we did not like is that the room seem to be extremely humid and carpet was Sticky like it was holding a lot of moisture, and there was a bit of an odor when we walked in of a little bit musty otherwise the place was very clean

Very old inside. Smells musty and was damp

Very disappointed. Room was damp and smelled like smoke from decades ago and mold. Bathroom had dark mold between shower walls and tub and the tile floor with grout was very dated and hard to clean properly. Thankfully I didn't have to use the shower/tub while I was there. Paid ~$107 for the night. Bed seemed clean and was comfortable enough other than sheets feeling damp from room humidity. People were nice enough.

This hotel was drastically different than pictures. The staff was really nice and helpful but there was black mold on the walls in the room, there was trash all over the floor under the bed, the pool and exercise room were destroyed and not like presented. Lastly, the continental breakfast was not a breakfast. When questioned about where the food was, it was mentioned they needed to go to the store but there was nothing there to really eat for breakfast except for the coffee. I would not stay here. It was extremely disgusting and appeared like something out of a horror story.

Great location! Friendly staff. You get what you pay for here. It wasn’t terrible by any means. The bed and room were clean. Bath tub was very stained which made it appear dirty. Room smells old, musty, like cigarette smoke kind of. Overall, not terrible and it was inexpensive compared to other, high rated hotels in the area.

I am so sorry I didn’t know this area at all. I drove from St. Louis and had to drive almost 40 miles for a decent hotel. We looked around Muncie. The hotels looked out dated and this one in particular smelled really bad. The young man at the desk was very nice. He acknowledged my refund request which is why. I will continue to book with Expedia. I was very surprised to get response of my request immediately. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Pool wasn’t up and running which is why we booked here in the first place. We had to wait 35 minutes for someone to show up for us to check in. Beds are hard as a rock so if you like that great if you don’t then find somewhere else! Was clean, and had great breakfast options.

While this location is outdated and older, it is quite clean. However, we weren’t told the pool AND outdoor patio was closed. Plus, we were able to check in early but they charged $10 for it.

Checking in and out the staff were very friendly and fast. My husband and I were in town for business we needed a place to sleep and shower for the night. The price was great for a one night stay. It is an older hotel that they have renovated, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean with plenty of clean towels, etc. They have a big tv in the room which is great but my husband and I were too tired to watch it. We slept good, showered and got back on the road in the morning. They also have a breakfast area but we didn't take advantage of it we need to get back on the road promptly. I would stay agian if we are in the area agian.
