Old rooms. Pool full of birds, smell is awfull. Breakfast is only local, no international kitchen. Service by staff is inflexible and stiff. After 8pm the place is a ghost town. No bar, no dinner opportunities. They ignore DND signs.

Facilites upkeep n food management needed badly

The food layed out in Buffet Lunch and Breakfast was not upto 4 star standard. In lunch, the non-veg spread was lousy, the chef I believed had not tasted the food. In breakfast only eggs were there for non veg persons, no chicken or ham or salami for any cold cuts, even baked beans were lousy that goes with eggs in breakfast.

This hotel was terrible the rooms were not very clean there was only 1 restaurant which had a limited choice of food the staff were slow and could not understand simple requests due to language barrier By far the worst thing about this hotel was the smell of fish being gutted all around the hotel which was so bad we were even unable to stand outside the hotel for even a few seconds Avoid this hotel there is no way this is a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star

This place is great and the beach is just behind the property. Few areas were non-operational still the charges were quite high. Television never worked properly. They tried a few things but was of no help.

Property looks too old maintenance is important. Doors were jammed. I booked Pool view room but glasses were too dirty through which the view was useless. Furniture was full of dust. Food was not good. Very late service in restaurant. Menu was too small from which you need to order something whether it fits in your choice or not. I wasted money of my 2 days food. We didn't liked a single dish. Only breakfast was good rest all was waste of money.

Worst Experience Ever.

The experience was totally terrible as the front desk dont know guest service, specially KASHINATH at front desk have to be trained to talk to guests. I was charged extra for my stay even though confirming before that i wont be charged.Even Abhilash & Ajay , both from hotels.com, confirmed that i wont be charged extra. All in all one of the worst experience ever due to pathetic service from individuals.

Bad experience.. my last stay in this hotel

Even little things like shaving kit and bathroom slippers were chargeable.. who charges for that. Food was expensive, breakfast was bad, not much varieties. Cakes in the breakfast were old like aged and kept for serving.

Okay, I booked two rooms for two nights and this is my good,bad and ugly. Good: Breakfast, Massages, Rec Room, Swimming Pool, Friendly Staff Bad: Rooms require upgrade, Not easy to get Cab/Ride Share (Ola/Uber), Doesn't have good restaurants close by UGLY: Horrible smell of fish. The local fisherman dry their dead fish outside the property. The smell is terrible and ruins this beautiful resort. Its so sad that local government doesn't do anything about this. I have also seen tons of crows at the pool and the reason they are there is to eat the dead fish. Sometimes they also drop dead fish in the pool...disgusting. If you can't stand the bad smell, stay away from this place.

Trods lidt år på bagen et dejligt hotel, men lidt slidt i kanterne. MEN beliggenheden og omgivelserne trak lidt ned i oplevelsen... Grundet lugten af "skidtfisk" brugte vi ikke det flotte poolanlæg.... Der blev tørret fisk lige uden for muren til det flotte haveanlæg., og dette fratog også lysten til at bruge stranden lige uden for hotellet.

Welcome change from the city congestion. The greenery is refreshing. The view of the sea and sky however is not like the picture shown which is photoshopped. The property is in serious need of repairs both external and internal. Staff is helpful, food mediocre at best and unreasonably expensive

Except for the swimming pool, not worth to visit.

Fishy smell all around was just unbearable. Rooms are overdue for renovation. Linens were not upto the mark. Toiletries are inadequate. Fresh sea food is not available is disgusting.
