"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. "The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe. "

The staff did an amazing job and super friendly! The breakfast that is included was soo delicious too. It’s a hidden gem in Harare, definitely will be staying here again when back in town. "
