"Beautiful hotel but very self-service. Staff was friendly but more like a traditional hotel than a luxury one. I would stay there again, but just have much lower expectations for staff, because they do not have bell service, room service, or pool service."

"Dude at check in was cool. Enjoyed the conversation. Only reason I gave 3 stars on the maintenance is because the tub overflow drain is broken so the floor flooded. I am sure they will be correcting this as it was a great place with cool staff and ease of location. We will stay again."
