"Ryokan location is good it may not near the JR station and the walking street but easy to find staff is really great with sufficient English room is big with Kotetsu (japanese warm table) which really help for cold weather public Onsen is stunning but if you too shy there are private Onsen for you the food is great both dinner and breakfast
The down side for me is private Onsen is a bit far from the room you have to walk outside the Ryokan to go to private Onsen (actually it next to the Ryokan)...
"I have a wonderful time in this camp. The house was so dreamy like that one in storybook.
We didn’t check the check-in time, so we were late at the check-in, so please do remember to check-in time is 3 pm to 6 pm. I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house.
We have requested barbecue at the place....
"An interesting mix of retro western with Japanese style onsen and gardens, this hotel offers rooms with huge, king size beds. We opted for the kaiseki dinner, and they were able to accommodate even though we didn’t reserve it at the time of our booking. The meal was excellent with a range of courses. We drove here, but it looks to be a 20 minute walk from the charming parts of Yufuin"
