"The hotel is conveniently located, includes free parking in a multi story car park (with very low headroom so any tall vehicles will not fit), and although from the outside it's just a concrete box, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious, recently renovated, air conditioned and quiet. The room was spotless and the shower was powerful and hot. The wifi was fast. Amazing quality and value for the price. "

"I booked an accessible twin room at Raven's Cliff, Motherwell for the weekend. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great to sleep on, and the accessible toilet / shower was large and easy to use. The breakfast and dinner served in the pub / restaurant were delicious and the price was reasonable. In summary, I had a lovely weekend stay at Raven's Cliff in Motherwell."

"The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy.
Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning.

"We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost £10.90 for all 3.
