"NO FRONT DESK NO HOUSE KEEPING ( 4 nights !!) No Coffee ( machine broken) No sparkling water ( CO2 cylinder empty) ROOM : very small BATHROOM: even smaller, not even a toilet brush. (Remember NO HOUSE KEEPING) STAFF: hardly seen any. HOT TUB: broken handle cover All in all very badly managed and maintained hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. Definitely not coming back."

"ac had to be turned back on every few hours. fridge broke three times and maintenance needed to bring new ones. pool and hot tub was closed even tho i specifically bought this booking because expedia said it was available. fire pit was nice and they had a great fourth of july celebration"

"We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!"

"It would probably have a better review if the power had stayed on. I realize it wasn’t their fault, but the power went off and it was out for about 12 hours."

"Had a very nice overnight at the Brittany Motel. The room was clean and very well appointed. Parking is right at your door and most important for us they allow dogs. The check-in is all done on-line as there is no front desk or innkeeper on site, but it all worked well. In a high-end town like Manchester Center, VT the price is certainly reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator and coffee maker in our room! Last year when we stayed here we did not have either (check ahead if these are important to you). The location is perfect for spending time at Stratton Mountain Village. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated and in need of upgrades, but has everything you need!"
