"Nice, clean room. Nice to have the mini fridge, microwave, and patio with chair. At the 3:00 check in, a lady at the front desk said our room wasn't ready. So we sat down in the lobby to wait for her to clear us for a room. We never saw her again, so at 3:30 I waited in line again. A gentleman was able to check us in at that time. Disappointed that we sat & waited past the check in time. The lady obviously didn't tell the gentleman that we had already tried to check in. Only other issue was the bathroom door was misaligned to the door frame and was difficult to close. I would stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Americana Modern Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained, clean, and spacious the rooms were. A huge shoutout to Mateo at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and helpful during our stay. The hotel offers fantastic perks, including plenty of parking and a lobby stocked with convenient snacks and water bottles. The AC worked flawlessly, keeping the room perfectly cool and quiet. Plus, the location couldn't be better—it's incredibly easy to find and just a short distance from the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Center. We will definitely be back!"

"The check-in lady was very helpful recommending a good choice for a dinner out. The lady that oversaw the breakfast setup kept everything topped off. A good, hot breakfast. The waffle batter dispenser was very, very slow. Probably 3 minutes to fill the batter measuring cup, and when mentioned was told that this is normal. ??? Very nice bed. This place shows a very slight amount of wear, but is still well worth the price. Nice place to sleep when passing through."
