"The a/c and heater filters were clogged with dust which we cleaned. I've cleaned a lot of filters because I am allergic to dust but I have never seen one this full."

"Room was semi clean window had smudges and handprints all over it and the room also hand a weird smell. No mini fridge or microwave, come on guys. Breakfast was only so so and they wanted $19 for it. No silverware on the table or easily found either. Only stayed one night, it was ok"

However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. "

You are almost forced to use the valet service for your care. The hotel is going through a major renovation and I'm sure it will be better when it is completed. The bed linens were a little "tired". "
