"Location is great if you want to be away from craziness of Broadway, however close enough, 10-15 min walk. Great location to walk around and see the city. Restaurants and staff were great. Our only complaints, besides the elevators, were the quality/comfort of the beds and pillows. Wife and I had trouble sleeping on the mattresses and we thought our pillows were so thin and uncomfortable. Our first night, we called down and asked for more pillows, never arrived. Next morning, asked front desk and we had new pillows, just as thin as the others we had. Beds were super uncomfortable. Small bathrooms. Standing at sink, basically on top of or next to toilet."
