"Very clean rooms and quiet. Great location but still close to all the places you need."

"Clean room. Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful. We asked for 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed in our room and he said they didn’t have any."

"Great customer service"

"Beds comfortable and room clean Breakfast very good"

"The kids enjoyed the pool and it was clean."

"The room was clean and my family loved all the breakfast options."

"We chose this hotel because it is really hard to find a hotel that doesn't allow pets, and I don't like staying in rooms where pets have been. The room was clean, but everything is old and kind of run down. The fridge seal had mold stains, the mattress was so worn that I kept rolling into a sagging hole. It was very uncomfortable. Other than being worn down, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was nice. It was very quiet. I probably won't choose it again though."

"great location for shows and broadway!"
